| Terms of Reference | At least one award, valued at a minimum of $10,000, will be granted annually in any term to an undergraduate student who meets the following criteria: - is enrolled full-time in the term of eligibility; - is enrolled in a program within the Faculty of Health Sciences; - is in good academic standing; - has interest to pursue a career in medicine, health care, public health or health & wellness; and - has demonstrated volunteer service in helping others. Applications must include: - a one-page personal statement from the applicant outlining: - their interest to pursue a career in medicine, health care, public health or health & wellness and what inspires them to help others; - a CV outlining their volunteer service; and - one letter of reference from an individual in a leadership role, who can verify the applicant�s volunteerism in support of helping others. The award will be granted by the Senate Undergraduate Awards Adjudication Committee upon the recommendation of the Dean, Faculty of Health Sciences, or their designate. |
