| Terms of Reference | At least one award, valued at a minimum of $2,000, will be granted annually in any term to an undergraduate student who meets the following criteria: - is enrolled full-time in the term of eligibility; - is pursuing a bachelor�s degree in the Beedie School of Business; - is in good academic standing; - is in their third or fourth year of studies; and - aligns with one of Arc�teryx�s values: Commit, Disruptive Evolution, Leave it Better, and Live It. Applications must include: - a personal statement of no more than 500 words which outlines how the student aligns with at least one of Arc�teryx�s values: -Commit - staying dedicated to achieving a goal, even when challenges arise; - Disruptive Evolution - challenging the status quo and finding innovative solutions to redefine what�s possible; - Leave it Better - actively working to improve the environment or community; - Live It - fully embracing a passion for the outdoors by integrating adventure into daily life. and; - a letter of reference from a supervisor or faculty member who can verify the student aligns with Arcteryx�s values. The award will be granted by the Senate Undergraduate Awards Adjudication Committee upon the nomination of the Associate Dean, Undergraduate Programs, Beedie School of Business, or their designate. |
