| Terms of Reference | At least one award, valued at a minimum of $2,000, will be granted annually in any term to an undergraduate student who meets the following criteria: -is enrolled full-time in the term of eligibility; -is in good academic standing; -is pursuing a bachelor�s degree in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at SFU; -has demonstrated community service and/or volunteer involvement; and -is a mature student (as defined by SFU Admissions). Applications must include: -a statement outlining the applicant�s community service and/or volunteer involvement; and -a letter of reference from a community member who can verify the applicant�s community service and/or volunteer involvement. The award will be granted by the Senate Undergraduate Awards Adjudication Committee upon the nomination of the Dean, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences or their designate. |
