Terms of Reference At least one award, valued at a minimum of $5,000, will be granted annually in any term to an undergraduate student who meets the following criteria: -is enrolled full-time in the term of eligibility; -is pursuing a bachelor�s degree in the Faculty of Applied Sciences with a declared major or honours in the School of Computing Science; -is in good academic standing; and -has demonstrated exceptional accomplishments, promise, or innovation in the area of artificial intelligence outside of classroom work. Applications must include: -a resume/CV outlining relevant accomplishments relating to artificial intelligence; - a personal statement of no more than 500 words which details the following: -Justin Xie was passionate about artificial intelligence and dreamed of using it to shape the future of technology. Describe how and why you are passionate about the potential for artificial intelligence to shape the future of technology? -How have you shown promise or innovation outside of the classroom in the area of artificial intelligence? The award will be granted by the Senate Undergraduate Awards Adjudication Committee upon the nomination of the Dean, Faculty of Applied Sciences or their designate.
