| Terms of Reference | At least one award, valued at a minimum of $10,000, will be granted annually in any term to an international undergraduate student who meet the following criteria: -is enrolled full-time in the term of eligibility; -is pursuing a bachelor�s degree in any faculty; -is in good academic standing; and -has demonstrated community service of benefit to the SFU student community. Preference will be given to students who are involved with the SFU International Student Advocates group, the SFU Global Student Centre, and/or the SFU International Student Services. Applications should include: - a cover letter from the applicant outlining the positive impact of their community service and/or volunteerism of benefit to the SFU student community; and - a letter of reference from a leader or a community member who can attest to the applicant�s involvement and speak to the positive impact of the applicant�s role. The award will be administered by the office of Financial Aid and Awards and granted by the Senate Undergraduate Awards Adjudication Committee. |
