| Terms of Reference | At least one award, valued at a minimum of $2,000, will be granted annually in any term to an undergraduate student who meets the following criteria: - is enrolled full-time during the term of eligibility; - is majoring in the Faculty of Health Sciences; - is in their 4th year of studies; - is in good academic standing; and - has volunteered in a hospital or healthcare setting. Applications must include: - a personal statement, of no more than two pages, from the applicant outlining their volunteer work in a hospital or healthcare setting. The award will be granted by the Senate Undergraduate Awards Adjudication Committee upon the nomination of Director, Undergraduate Programs, Faculty of Health Sciences in consultation with the Faculty of Health Sciences Undergraduate Studies Committee. |
