| Terms of Reference | At least one award, valued at a minimum of $1,000, will be granted annually in the Summer term to an undergraduate student who meets the following criteria: - is enrolled full-time during the term of eligibility (Summer) or any of the previous two terms (Spring and/or Fall); - is enrolled in the Psychology Honours program or the Behavioural Neruoscience Honours program in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences; and - has demonstrated critical thinking skills in their practice, work and/or in life. Applications must include: - a one-page (maximum 500 words) personal statement about the critical thinking skills they've acquired during their studies and how they apply them to their practice, work and/or life; - an up to date resume; - a recent transcript; and - a letter of recommendation from a faculty member who can speak to how the candidate meets the criteria for this award. The award will be granted by the Senate Undergraduate Awards Adjudication Committee upon the nomination of the Chair, Department of Pyschology. |
