| Terms of Reference | One award, valued at a minimum of $2,000, will be awarded annually to a first-year undergraduate student who meets the following criteria: - is enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program in the Faculty of Health Sciences; - is in good academic standing; and - has a demonstrated history of community service/involvement during high school. Applications must include: - A resume outlining the candidate's community service activities; and, - A letter of reference verifying community service or involvement. The award will be granted by the Senate Undergraduate Awards Adjudication Committee based upon the nomination of the Director, Undergraduate Studies, Faculty of Health Sciences. |
