Terms of Reference The award, valued at a minimum of $1,000, will be awarded annually to an undergraduate student who meets the following criteria: - is enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program with an approved major or honours program in French; - is in good academic standing; and - has been approved to participate and is currently enrolled in a field school or foreign exchange term(s) administered by SFU's International Services for Students at a university in France. Preference will be given to students in their 3rd/4th or honours year of study. Applications must include: - a letter from the applicant clearly demonstrating their commitment to French studies; and - documentation verifying the student's acceptance and enrollment in a foreign exchange term administered by SFU's International Services for Students at a university in France. The award will be granted by the Senate Undergraduate Awards Adjudication Committee upon the recommendation of the Chair, Department of French.
