Terms of Reference At least one award, valued at a minimum of $1,000, will be granted annually in any term to an undergraduate student who meets the following criteria: - is enrolled full-time during the term of eligibility (minimum of 9 units of standard graded courses); - is in good academic standing (minimum CGPA of 2.00); - was enrolled in any of the following courses over the past year (three terms): CMNS 258, CMNS 357, CMNS 358, or CMNS 359; - is enrolled in Directed Study, Special Topics, Project Group or an Honours Program with a topic in Sound Studies; and/or - has a demonstrated interest Sound Studies. Applications must include: - a resume summarizing scholastic achievements and work relevant to the aims of this award; and - a maximum of two written essays or compositions that represent the student�s work in soundscape studies/composition or acoustic communication. The award will be granted by the Senate Undergraduate Awards Adjudication Committee upon the nomination of the Director, School of Communication.
