| Terms of Reference | Up to five awards, valued at a minimum of $1000, will be granted annually to an undergraduate student who fulfills the following criteria: - is enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree program in the Faculty of Health Sciences at SFU; - is in good academic standing (minimum cumulative GPA 2.00 and term GPA 2.00); and, - has demonstrated excellence in community/volunteer service. Applications must include a resume outlining the candidate's community/volunteer service activities and a letter of reference from someone who can verify the community /volunteer service and the impact of the applicant's role in that service. The award will be granted by the Senate Undergraduate Awards Adjudication Committee on the nomination of the Director, Undergraduate Programs, Faculty of Health Sciences. |
