Terms of Reference | The Roy Miki Award in Creative Writing, valued at a minimum of $1,200, will be granted each year in the Fall term, to the most deserving student who fulfills the following criteria:- has successfully completed an English course in creative writing at SFU during the previous academic year (September through August), and,- is in good academic standing (minimum CGPA of 2.00).Faculty members in English teaching creative writing courses will select the award nominee and notify the Chair of the English Department.The award will be granted by the Senate Undergraduate Awards Adjudication Committee upon the nomination of the Chair, Department of English. There is no application process: any undergraduate student who enrolled in and successfully completed an English course in creative writing during the academic year will be eligible for the award. |
