Terms of Reference The purpose of this annual award is to recognize undergraduate students majoring in business who have demonstrated exceptional community service and engagement. The award, valued at $3,000 will be granted in the Fall term to full-time undergraduate students who: - are Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada; - are in good academic standing and enrolled in a major program in the Beedie School of Business; and, - have demonstrated exceptional community/volunteer service. Preference will be given to applicants who are registered in a study abroad exchange. Preference will also be given to applicants who have completed an international co-op work placement in one of the previous two terms and are currently enrolled full-time in the Fall term of application. The student's application should include a CV outlining their community/volunteer service involvement and must include a letter of reference from someone who can attest to the student's service in the community. The award will be made by the Senate Undergraduate Awards Adjudication Committee on the recommendation of the Associate Dean, Undergraduate Programs in the Beedie School of Business.
