Terms of Reference | The Ted and Emily McWhinney Scholarship in International Studies, valued at a minimum of $1,125 each, will be awarded annually to undergraduate students enrolled full-time in the International Studies Program, who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement (minimum CGPA of 3. 50) in course work, and research. In keeping with the spirit of the original terms and the particular interests of Professor Edward McWhinney, preference will be given to undergraduate students whose course work and research is focused on international relations, such as: European Studies, the Balkans, Mediterranean and Middle East, International Organizations such as the United Nations, European Union, NATO, International Court of the Hague, and other relevant international organizations.The scholarships will be granted by the Senate Undergraduate Scholarships Adjudication Committee on the recommendation of the Director, School for International Studies in consultation with the Director of the SNF Centre for Hellenic Studies. |
