| Terms of Reference | Multiple awards, valued at a minimum of $3,000 each, will be granted annually to undergraduate students who meet the following criteria: - are enrolled full-time in the Actuarial Science program; - are in good academic standing; and - exhibit potential for success in the Actuarial Science field. Preference will be given to students who have personally been affected by cancer and/or have demonstrated leadership and/or service to an organization involved in cancer research and care. The applications will include, if applicable, a resume outlining the candidate's leadership activities and volunteer service as letter(s) of recommendation confirming these activities. The award will be made by the Senate Undergraduate Awards Committee on the recommendation of the Undergraduate Chair, Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science. |
